A good watch rewards a little care. Here is how to keep yours looking sharp for years.
Mind the water rating. Not every watch is built for swimming or showering. Check the rating before it meets water, and dry it fully if it does get wet.
Keep it away from magnets and extremes. Phones, speakers, and strong temperature swings can affect accuracy over time. When you are not wearing it, store it somewhere stable and dry.
Clean the strap and case regularly. A soft, slightly damp cloth is usually enough. For leather straps, avoid soaking them, and let them breathe between wears.
Service it, do not just replace it. If the movement slows down or the strap wears out, a proper service or a strap swap can add years to a watch you already love.
Treat it as part of the outfit, not an accessory you forget about. That is really the Astorel approach: fewer, better pieces, looked after properly.
